FAIS Compliance Irregularity Reporting Guidelines launched

Reporting should not be delayed to form part of the periodic compliance reports to the FSB - A set of guidelines for reporting material compliance irregularities in terms of the Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services Act has been developed by the Compliance Institute Southern Africa.
